When to choose coaching?
Coaching is a tool that will be valuable to those who know that their results depend on the actions they take. Actions, in turn, are initiated by thoughts and decisions we make. Sometimes these thoughts and decisions are conscious, but most of our daily decisions are made unconsciously based on subconscious programs.
By working with me, you will have the opportunity to gain more insight and awareness of what decisions, actions and habits have lead you to present results. And if you want to change or improve something in your life, I will support you to get a clear vision of what you truly want and how to achieve that by creating strategy and action plan that you will be committed to.
