Eight session coaching program

This coaching program is ideal if you are committed to making progress in your personal or professional life. Eight 45 to 60 minutes long coaching sessions online over a period up to 6 months. In this program we can work on such topics as personal growth, leadership, career development or change, confidence, communication or problem solving skills, professional or personal relationships, or I can support you to understand better your life goals, potential, purpose or create life vision. Also at least six coaching sessions would be necessary to create lasting transformation and mindset shift. As a coach I can start observing my client's patterns, habits, behaviours, attitudes, automatic reactions etc. that might be limiting only over period of time, and it requires time to build trust and open up to speak up about deeper topics. But once we get there - magic can happen!
